We use the admin application as our main interface tool when working in our shop. It is much easier to use it on your smartphone and gives you all the essential features you need to interact with clients (adding/changing appointments, notifications, checking your calendar and adding client information or new clients). We recently discovered that when you are adding a new client via the app, the client does not receive a "welcome mail" or "set password" mail for the online booking account. When they try to log in later on, they are not able to log in since they were not able to set their password. Of course, they can always click on the button to reset the password, but that is less convenient and not everyone thinks about that option. It is more professional to welcome a new client in a proper way with a message and initial information.
