I was also a bit irritated, that the customer has the option to select pay later for a gift card just because this option is enabled on normal bookings.
Personally I see no usecase to buy a gift card and pay it later, because a gift card is issued value to a person which must already by payed.

Id like to activate or deactivate the paylater option depending on the service or if it is a gift card.
