Currently we can have a direct metalink for the services and classes. But it's not possible to have a direct url for the packages or the memberships.
For special offers like a special price package, we usually post on social media, and having a direct link to the package is very helpful. And it's already available for the services so I don't see why it's not for the packages or memberships.
I agree that packages should be available on the booking page via the Book Now button thats available on social media pages. Right now customers have to go directly to the website and visit the packages page.

I would like to be able to hide packages and yet send a directly link to them. I offer custom prices for packages for certain customers, but I don't want these visible to everyone. They're often for bespoke packages.

The current packages and memberships is clunky, so it would be beneficial to have a direct url for these.
If you have link for package can make new personalized integration, and maybe don't need to have categories for packages and memberships
We use our own templates to present the packages on our website. A direct link to the package will help to improve user experience.

Absolutely! It makes it simpler to promote a specific membership, and to link to the memberships from an existing website
