the basic FOMO principle - customers have to see that services are in high demand so they are motivated to immediately book them. By default, they only see open slots on the calendar and that does not create any sort of urgency.
The best way would be to make it so that in the custom CSS plugin you could specify the color code and activate (make visible) all booked slots on your website or widget (iframe widget).
