On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, we see patients in person for our Orlando, FL locations and Virtual from our Pennsylvania Location. It is the same Doctor for both locations. However, we keep getting double bookings and my doctor is getting very upset. I noticed you have a Booking Approval Option. This could be a somewhat solution till we find another option to allow our Pennsylvania only patients to request an appointment time and allow us to approve as long as it was not double booked with our in-person Orlando patients. Having the ability to turn on/off by provider or service would really help.
