I know customer can make a booking and redeem the package when they made a booking by themselves. However, some customer will call his/her coach to make a phone booking. The coach will use the admin app to make this booking but they system has no way to redeem the package under the app. It is very very inconvenience need to find a computer and use the POS feature to redeem the package.

I agree, staff need to be able to redeem the packages from the app or from the calendar view when booking on behalf of a client

Yes staff all use the app so more functionality is required
