Some clients are relatively week for using the online booking system. When they seek admin’s help, we could only tech them step by step, which is very inefficient.
Admin or staff members need to be able to apply a package to an invoice for a client so that we can keep track of the number of sessions left in that package. At the moment, we make a lot of the repeat bookings ourselves when the customer is with us, and we have to go to POS to view this, so if they are booked using calendar view this booking will not be taken into account from the packages.

We re-book clients straight after a session and need to apply the package for them. We look ridiculous asking them to do it for us
