It is incomprehensible to us why clients who book more than one class in a single checkout are prevented from rescheduling. Our business relies on package deals with clients buying up to 10 classes at a time. They want to them book in one block. Batch bookings, by their very nature require far more flexibility to reschedule than a one time only booking. It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever to prevent rescheduling. Who thought this was a good idea??? It’s just a waste of time for all concerned having to deal with rescheduling requests and manual amendments. PLEASE REMOVE THIS RESTRICTION.
