A way for the Simplybook customer service team to make feature requests a higher priority

I understand this feature request form works for little extra features, but the software still lacks a lot of crucial big features and has recurring problems. So now I get referred to this feature request so many times I get sick of it. I don't want to spend all this time to re-enter my issues while I already discussed them with your team and I don't know if this even works. Now I see a lot of votes for 'custom gift card design' while there's still a crucial problem in the administration feature.
