So a client is able to build up an appointment with multiple services, and these we have add addons. Some of the addons would require a couple of questions we need answering, but currently we cannot associate an intake form to service addons. I imagine the same could occur with products selected, and with memberships taken out. can an intake form be associated to all of these.
