this notification is a pain in the butt. it sends to everyone even if they already have an appointment. than clients who have an appointment email me questioning if they have one and it just ads to my workload. It should only send to those who don't have an appointment already.
I agree which Rachael - the notification should not be sent if the client has a future appointment.
Great feature, but I cannot use this now since I do not want to bother my regular clients with unnecessary emails.
