this notification is a pain in the butt. it sends to everyone even if they already have an appointment. than clients who have an appointment email me questioning if they have one and it just ads to my workload. It should only send to those who don't have an appointment already.
Also, it only lets you choose from preset 'days after appointment', so for a yearly reminder it needs to send after 11 months (330 days), not the preset 365 which is too late! Please allow manual input of x number of days - should be a very easy fix.

I agree which Rachael - the notification should not be sent if the client has a future appointment.
Great feature, but I cannot use this now since I do not want to bother my regular clients with unnecessary emails.
