BIG BOOKKEEPING PROBLEM with canceled bookings!

When a client cancels a booking in simplybook, the payment transaction in sbpayme doesn't show any of this so the bookkeeper - who gets the data out of sbpayme - doesn't know that this payment shouldn't go in the books. This means I have to pay taxes on all the invoices that where canceled... To prevent this I need to keep track of all the canceled bookings and MANUALLY remove the payment transaction.

I started using simplybook to automate and get less work, but now I have to do more! Please let me know if you guys are going to fix this, because as my company grows, this problem grows bigger as well..
