Each on my providers have their own review sites on Google, Facebook and NHS website. We need to be able to customise the feedback/review request for each provider so patients just have a single and easy url to follow. It's difficult to understand why you have made it a customisable feature to change every single template to be specific to sites, EXCEPT the review one - which is the most important.
