I think is most important have custom fields for membership plan. For example my business sell plans and depending on the plan we have to ask different kind of medical certifications.

So will be important have a custom field that ask for a specific medical certifications when someone subscribe plan.

Right now we have to contact each one manually to ask to send us the certificate.
